Most are strongly prohibited to use them. By some, it depends if they are the chosen one. Each of those 10 Rings are at the Center of each Superrealms from the Nothingness. Although they are not together, they are commonly separated. They even play an important role in each Superrealms. Using them, there is a 0.0000000001% you would survive this. If you fail or misuse them, you will be long gone from existence.
