A) Carnivorous animals won't attack for no reason (unless on EXTINCTION difficulty) and will eat bodies if led into them rather than the player B) You can hide from animals in fauna unless they've got great smell. C) Herbivores are very aggressive... don't get too close or you may end up gored...
