ITCB: circles the mouse cursor and has a 1% chance every frame to charge at the mouse cursor and a 4% chance after that to strike the cursor with his butterknife and a 2% chance after THAT to bring out all his weapons and phase to the center. The total odds of that happening are 1 in 125000 every frame. When attacking: ILCoin: Bullets and beams explode on impact. When he rages, he shoots 4 longer beams. ITCB: USE THE TOOLS, DUH.
