[overview] a railroad i made. [history] the railroad would be in regular service from 1919-1979, where the original S&WCR merged into Amtrak, but that's not where the story ends. you see, the remainder of the S&WCR (Southern and west coast railroad) would be turned into a tourist line, being run by the Hudsons that they had, and basically any engine that could be purchased for preservation. to the surprise of no one, some diesels from the original S&WCR made it to this heritage railroad. and well, that's just how its been.
