President Nachihu authorizes the first usage of Askari submarines and merchant raiders. These Kreikstovosk-trained crews are the newest in the Askari Navy. Calling them off the north flotilla, a total of 5 submarines were assigned, and have seen considerable success. The lone merchant raider coordinated an attack on a troop transport. All Askari ground troops made a tactical retreat into the mountains. Foreign volunteers were deployed to border patrol and rear guard with the exception of the armored units.
