. s k e t c h e s click, space bar, or arrow keys to proceed wait i forgot to put an intro when i first shared this haha !! this is my 130th project which is crazy?? that was unintentional :0 but *anyways* i've been drawing in my sketchbook lately and i realized that i haven't been posting as much of my recent traditional art so i thought why not make a small project :D <3 hope you enjoy!! 1, 2 - some thumbnail sketches for a project i had to do in art class a while ago, i was trying hard to be creative and as you can see the quality went down severely haha :> 3 - drew a girl inspired by mia farrow after watching the great gatsby (1975) and a p!nterest hand (i don't like this page) 4 - i wanted to draw hair so just i based this off a p!nterest pose i found, maybe it's evangeline ?? 5 - evangeline sketch page , lyrics are from predator by the crane wives & madman across the water by elton john !! the mask at the bottom is meant to be symbolic or something ... also this page smudged sm so it looks worse - wait i just noticed i drew this on valentines day !!! fun 6 - again some p!nterest girls, didn't really capture their likeness well & i got a little mad about how the eyes were going so not showing the refs (iykyk) ^^' the lyrics on the right were just to fill the space haha, they're also from the song playing in this project !! which took wayy too long for me to upload since seemingly nobody else on scratch has uploaded it before?? but i love the song too much to think of it as an inconvenience :") 7 - and again some p!nterest girls but the layout is not as pretty lol ... this is why i don't like traditional art guys this is not fun why can i not move over the girl on the right to draw her hair fully :( 8, 9 - finally drew a reference for one of my characters i've been writing about for ages ... his name is seth and he's literally so fun to write - which is why i torture him (still not sorry for what i did to him). #9 is the ref i drew on procreate which breaks the theme of a "small sketchbook dump" but i always do that so :p but ANYWAYS i digitalized the ref today for artfight and also bc i couldn't let this injustice stand w how i drew him lol, check out more info about him in my character refs proj <33 - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/871672760/ so that's all for this project !! posted this on a whim but it's unlikely i'll be doing any more art recently unless it's in my sketchbook + on my homework that i most definitely will have in the future haha ... but thank u for reading i'll see you in the next one <33 ──── ✩ ──── art ⋆ @gh0stwriter mediums used ⋆ sketchbook (8.3 x 11 in) + procreate music ⋆ bad decision! - esha tewari some tags - #art #drawing #traditional #sketches #artdump
