Today, I went looking for some DTAs with cute characters to enter for, just for fun, and found this absolutely gorgeous design. I really do adore this character design—all of the wings and the dusty pallet are really appealing, and I think there’s a story just waiting to be written here. While I don’t want to dive into backstory stuff unless I win the character for the sake of not getting prematurely attached, I think this is what his bio would look like: Name: Castiel Age: Unknown Gender: Male Personality: Quiet, serene, teasing, loyal to a fault Short desc: Castiel was always a little quiet. He’s lived for so long, and seen so much—why speak, when anyone who comes around leaves so quickly? His lifetime has been abnormally lengthy, and as a result, he has become quite detached from the world around him. Now, as the planet collapses into an apocalyptic state after the inevitable death of the sun, Castiel grapples with his mortality (or lack thereof) for the first time. I’m definitely going to do another entry with this guy—I’ve kind of fallen in love with his design and all of the stories it inspires.
