since koshland owns basically 25% of all the land on the map, i am once again, deciding to propose the overtaking of northern new scottland.
i am also wanting to sell some land, in exchange for more resources and allies. note: all bridges that come to or from Koshland must be destroyed! its not that i dont want people coming here, we just prioritize air travel :p
