Today, Askari troops engaged with Varosian forces on patrol west of the Solari border in desert land. Askari troops did not recognize it as such and told them to leave. When they did not comply, the Askaris opened fire and the Varosians returned it. The Askaris pushed their force back another KM before they ran out of ammo and retreated. Nachihu moved to capitalize off the situation, ordering numerous airstrikes on Varosian oil fields with fast strafing attacks. He was hoping to hike oil prices in response to the descovery of it in Arzjazat. Anyways, only time will tell the outcome.
