Askaria arranged for 42 AFVs and 300 staff to visit Kriekstovosk as part of a "diplomatic visit". The receipt listed 42 'staff cars' for separate import, and the 300 were written off as diplomats. All of the AFVs were not marked as Askari government but rather painted in Red Dove insignia. All shipments were made prior to the Varosian Crisis. The new vehicles are the token armored force of the Red Doves.
