Up Arrow makes Doge fly up. Down Arrow makes Doge fly down. Right Arrow makes Doge fly forward. Left Arrow makes Doge fly backwards. Don't run into airplanes, or you will lose! Sometimes if you run into an airplane, you lose more health than you should. Rarely, you lose no health at all when flying into a plane.
