Some details are rather vague, but it is going to mild scrutiny as it could possibly be a threat. It is going into the middle of the bar, since it hasn't really done much good nor bad, and their worst action is bog-standard "kill the hero" stuff (in self defense nonetheless). The part where it taunts LMONs death could show it has jerkish moments, and it was made to be a doomsday construct, even if it was programed that way, so that moves it a little bit to the left.
