All the red stuff in the second background is just ketchup and don't mind why the ranking when arrows are hit are weirder, it is because it is not meant to be fine in the Sprunki Cave (the cave it takes place in) and then in the second section after the second background part the ketchup is gone, reminding that the music is fire!
