No, I did not give them this permission, and when I commented to them about it (or rather remixed the project they took, as I don't chat), they replied with another remix saying I 'deleted' them. I also saw them harassing others to join their show (which, if it's the show I'm thinking of, is just a copy of SSC games by @JustAGuyOnYT). To conclude, no, I did not give permission to use my character, and they have being harassing others to join his other show.
