Let me explain the second one. Riolu and Braixen were best friends when they met. But a few weeks later Riolu was killed by a Zoura. After Riolu died Braixen was confused why Riolu wouldn't meet him when she got up like always. The last lyrics of the song say that Braixen has found out that Riolu was dead.
