Posting this before the update tomorrow! I better get some of these right. I will comment the stuff I do get right, if any. I won't draw the twisted, but my idea for its mechanic is that she is a stationary one that hangs from the ceiling, because she's a pinata. (idk how to do the line above the n on here) When she spots you she will charge up and then lunge at you and try to hit you, but since she is stuck on the ceiling she has a limited range. Her circle of LOS (line of sight) is marked with pinata... paper stuff I guess? So if you stumble in, run away, she can be fast. An uncommon twistie. Description: "A more uncommon Twisted, Nova can be seen hanging from the ceiling. Beware of the circle as when she spots you she will try to attack. Run behind a box or other obstacle, as she can't go around!" HOW DID I GET THIS ONE WRONG?! I mean, I thought she'd be uncommon or rare with how expensive she is, Qwel you lied to us Trinket: Box of Candy - When equipped you will get a random candy item every floor, if you have space. Ngl Party Popper actually sounds op. Trivia: Nova has a candy stash and refuses to share. I feel like this is true Twisted Nova seems to have been hit like a regular pinata but the bat got stuck in her side, also if she's on the floor there will be a trail of candy leading from the machine nearest to her, to her circle. Nova and Looey secretly think the mime guy (waiting to see if there actually is one) is kind of annoying because he doesn't talk. Nova can float for a bit because she is light and made of paper. She is scared of trees because t h e y s p e l l d o o m f o r p i n a t a s She and the craft siblings are besties, especially Scraps. Her Twisted form has a sad face and when she attacks it looks like she's crying and wants to pull you up to be stuck in the air with her. Should have guessed with that smile and teeth it would also be a smile...
How I got the design thingies: I imagine all the Circus toons would have a similar name scheme. Looey can be attached to the word balloon, which he is, like Ballooey. So Nova needed a name that can be attached to the middle of Pinata, because that's what she is. I tried to find one that had the squiggly line over the n, but now that I think of it a name that starts with the 'nya' sound would be a bit hard to pronounce. So Nova it is, because it sounds pretty and was one of the first things on the Google search. Note: Yatta still technically fits this, as it would make Pinata Pinyatta! For her stats, at first I thought she would be a bit slow, because pinatas can't really move from wherever they're hanging, but then I thought, well I don't really like slow toons, and if you hit a pinata, it can move kinda fast I think. So that's her 3 star stat. It can take a while to break a pinata, I think, so her stamina is higher than average. Stealth is low because she has bright noticeable colors. Others were just... there I guess, because it felt a little boring. And the ability was kinda obvious with all the candy and stuff in pinatas. Requirements were too, as Qwel said she would be a toon most people could get easily, and the candy part is just because. If those are the requirements, I could get her right now! A little conversation between her and Looey: L - "I was wondering, Nova. Could I... maybe have a candy or two from your stash?" N - "...um... those are all mine." L - "That mean no?" N - "Yeah, sorry. You can't have any!" L - "Womp womp..." (not the "cry about it", the clown noise one)
