A warrior with an ingrained French accent he hates, he uses his Bubble Gun to make bubbles of time-slowing material to make hasty escapes when he needs to. Personally trained by Alpha Trion, who was also the same bot who entrusted the Bubble Gun to Stopper. Stopper is also basically a big brother to Bumblebee. Stopper also uses a body frame also shared by Hot Rod.
