(For those on the cord, this is basically a rehash of things i've already said, just for the scratch masses) I don't know if I've said this on scratch yet, but ftg4 has a LOT of overhauls, the battle system being COMPLETELY redone from scratch... scratch? say that again.... As you can see on screen, the view is now side-on, and a lot of the functionality is working!! stuff like enemy death (harder than you think when it comes to multiple enemies - I had to rework the Turn Handler to make it work mid-turn), winning, EXP and Money, the stat display down there (more Mario and Luigi styled), the combat menu, stuff like that. Aside from that, Malice's vector is being changed to both be easier to use and to fit the post-ftg3 design (if you don't know, Malice chugs Liquid Estrogen during the Day of Dubious Deeds thinking it's wine). Oh yeah, the overworld. Instead of the previous SMB thing, or the platforming one from old stinky ftg3, ftg4 will have an overworld similar to Undertale/Deltarune. don't know what else to put here, this is mainly just to say that the game isn't cancelled, it just got out of development hell plus!!! plus plus, plus down in the bottom right there is the contents of the FTG folder on my laptop. It's got all the sb3 files of the series, a couple ftg4 backups in case i get banned, and as you can se..e... some... other projects... heh see inside
