Following the Kriekstovoskan-Askari cooperative treaty, Askaria can reap the benefits. Prior to this, Askaria had a single 1898 pre-dreadnough, 3 1920 cruisers, a destroyer, a flotilla of 10 torpedo boats, 1 submarine, and 100 patrol boats. Now, with Trithian assistance, the navy is getting a total revamp. About half is being scrapped. The Askari government has agreed to foot the bill on 50 new submarines, 1 flagship, 8 auxiliary raiders, and 50 submarines. In exchange, Kriekstovosk gets generous discounts on Askari goods, particularly oil.
