this Sans's origin is unknown, but he seems to be a Alternate Sans who lost his Alternate Timeline/Universe and now carries the Soul Staff which allows him to make Lost Souls of those he encounters. his phase 3 seems to be a mix of Alternate Sans's that survive a hit.
