Smarty mewington was the 18th scarfy ever and is was the first scarfy ever to have 3 redesigns. He was first known as a blank purple version of Scarfy, and then he got his redesign. Getting green eyes and eye brows rotating a bit. His second redesign looks like the one we have now, but without a crown, without the lazy eye, and without the splodge.
