He's just a sentient robot. Got built in another universe VERY far from this one. After it ACCIDENTALLY got destroyed by him, he ACCIDENTALLY traveled through hyperspace and ended up here somewhere around 200 years later (felt like about 13.8 years for him) and now lives on Earth, often transferring his consiousness into computers and other devices, going into a blank white dimension known as the Blank Slate. The more him and his friend named "Balloon" interact, however, the more unstable the Blank Slate becomes, it now being so unstable it can randomly create and remove objects from nothing and alter physics and time there. But he barely notices.
