dell continues to prove itself as the worst company ever. i had gotten a new laptop, and had transferred my files from my old one to my new one, three weeks in, the keyboard breaks after a system update. they send a repair guy to fix it, and he breaks it. luckily, i was able to get it back working by magic or somehow. dell then insists to take it back to their headquarters to fix it, and i gave in and shipped it back to them. they then proceed to say it had even more broken parts then before, and then broke it AGAIN. i have now lost all of my files on that pc, which is years of work and progress, and im at my breaking point. i cant take anything anymore. literally everything goes wrong for me, and this was just the cherry on top.
