Flora is a deer known for her love of cookies she is great freinds with Julie and sally.Loves acting and singing,painting,she is known for affection through the neighborhood and her kidness,her energy is a ray full of sunshine though her ears are always on alert she has a keen sense of hearing In the show she's quite sheepish being embarrased at the simplist flirt but she love's cooking in the show she can be seen baking cookies with Poppy and playing dolls with Julie Claire(or flora) is great freinds with Julie though her realtion ship with wally is unknown there are rumors around the neighborhood they like to paint together and sing together. if there was a new neihbor you would always find her greeting you with a fesh batch of cookies and the sweetest smile on her face saying "Oh my stars welcome Neighbor." she loves performing with sally singing with her and doing karoke with the girls.Joking around with Barnaby laughing. but she's always cuaght staring at the camrea becuase she knows your there she gives you a wave and skips off to help the neighbors though when you find a missing episode at the end you'll se her scared petrafied and she'll ask"why are you still here?"she is unscathed but scared
