If you don't know the character, it is named The Guardian. He is a character originally made by MUGEN. He was the only enemy in a game called Swan Location. However, he was removed and possibly will return. (more notes below, spoilers warning). The Guardian is responsible for patrolling the swan fields, The Swan Fields is a field with alot of spawns that differ in height, those that are saturated enough will rise up, while those that are desaturated will fall down. The Guardian is attracted to noise. The reason why the guardian patrols the swan fields is because there is a spawn unique to others. That spawn basically contains the weapon that can kill the guardian and destroying the entire swan fields.
