Don’t know who made this, but the guy who made the video said the person who sold this clock on EBay said that the movement looked identical to a Kienzle movement he saw in another clock. So this could be a Kienzle clock. Credit to everyone!! EDIT: I found the name of the clock is Sonnerie Arret!!!
