Here's my entry to PM's I'm Your's CC! I hope u like it PM! ;D Gah! I forgot their wings!! Sorry about that! I'm going to add their story to it! ^^ "BlueFeather?" PeriwinkleDust asked tentitively, flicking his tail nervously. "Yes?" BlueFeather asked looking up. "Can I talk to you, alone?" he paused and gave a brief smile and added, "Perhaps at the waterfall?" "Of course!" BlueFeather responded, rising and spreading her wings. PeriwinkleDust did the same. They flew through the puffy, bright clouds, over Cloud Kingdom territory. PeriwinkleDust rehearsed the words in his head over and over again, the ones he would say to BlueFeather when they reached the waterfall. He couldn't even begin to describe his anxiety! It felt like there was a swarm of butterflies in his stomach and his head spun like a top! He shot a brief glance at BlueFeather as they flew. Her smooth, glossy fur ruffled in the wind and her strong wings stretched out on each side. PeriwinkleDust's wandered back to their memories...... . . . . . . . He had just become an apprentice. No longer was he a mewling kit! "Isn't this awesome RoseWing!?" He exclaimed to his best friend. "We'll be full-growns in no time!" "I'm becoming an apprentice too!" Bluekit declared approaching them. "I'm right behind you guys!" "Yeah, but we became apprentices first." PeriwinkleWing smirked. "Well I'm not far behind!" she protested, pushing him with her paws. Finally PeriwinkleWing gave her a real smile. "I guess." He said. "Do you want to go down to the waterfall you guys?" RoseWing asked, breaking up the fight. PeriwinkleWing nodded, then looked over at Bluefeather questioningly. "Sure!" BlueFeather responded, thrilled to be invited, "Let's go!" . . . . . BlueWing had been pulled under! PeriwinkleWing dove down in the water, his heart throbbing with worry. The shark would'nt do to her what it had to his brother. He pushed thruogh the water toward the shark. He had to save BlueWing! He heard RoseWing's splash above him as she dove in to help. He scratched the shark hard, causing it to lessen it's grip on his friend enough for her to get away. The shark was slowing down due to it's loss of blood, but it was still mad. It's blue-gray tail cut through the water and hit PeriwinkleWing before he could strike his next blow to the shark. His vision gradually darkened as he saw his friends finishing off the shark and swim towards him. . . . . . . PeriwinkleWing was tired, ingured and dirty, but they had won! The huge, black cat that had been attacking was beat! And now his friends and him were going to recieve their full-grown names! Cloud Kingdom's leader, RiverStar, called him up. PeriwinkleWing rushed up high cloud, a unstoppable grin lit up his face. His eyes shown in excitement and his tail twitched anxiouly. "I, RiverStar, leader of Cloud Kingdom, call upon my ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code and I commend him to you as a full-grown in his turn. PeriwinkleWing, do you promise to uphold the sky code and to protect and defend your Kingdom, even at the cost of your life?" PeriwinkleWing shifted happily and said quickly, "Yes! I mean- I do." He ducked his head slightly in embarrassment. RiverStar's smile widened a little, then continued, "Then by the powers of Star Kingdom, I give you your full-grown name. PeriwinkleWing, from this moment on you will be known as PeriwinkleDust. Star Clan honors your wit, strength, and compassion, and we welcome you as a full member of Cloud Kingdom!" Her voice rose at the end of the ceremony, starting the cheers of his new, full-grown name. "PERIWINKLEDUST! PERIWINKLEDUST! PERIWINKLEDUST!" he beamed and ran down high cloud to his friends. BlueWing blushed and licked his face. PeriwinkleDust blushed also, looking more like a tomato than a cat. It was one of the best days of his life! . . . . . . PeriwinkleDust shifted his paws iin front of himself, struggling to find words. "Bluefeather?" He asked looking up, his eyes shining with love and hope. "Yes?" she said. PeriwinkleDust paused, listening to the soothing sound of the rushing waterfall behind him. Was this moment really here? Was he really going to ask her? What is he just misunderstood and she didn't love him? He wiped away his worries and looked affectionately into BlueFeather's expectant face. "Will- will you be my mate?" he blurted. "Yes!" She exclaimed, a smile lighting up her face. PeriwinkleDust could'nt belive his ears, after all this time, they were finally together!
