Context: This is a design for Pico when he is hurt for Scratching Dawn+ Episode 3. You see, in the original game, only Pico die in Episode 1, can come back from the dead and start being the monster. In this "plus edition" there is a character Gobo that can become a monster as well, and in the original Episode 3, Gobo wakes up with her arm broken in the forest after a accident. So, this is why this design exists.
