THIS IS MOSTLY FOR MY OLD FRIENDS ON SCRATCH! Over the last 3 years, I've made the switch from scratch to roblox! Despite what many think, roblox development is very similar to real game development, and is just as challenging. It took a LOT of trial and error, and outside guidance to get to where I am, and I think you guys deserve a resource, because many of you guys don't have a dad in software engineering like I do, and the stubbornness I do. As asked by my friend Shawn, I'm writing a google doc(a lengthy one) to teach someone familiar with scratch how to code in lua(roblox more specifically) IF you do choose to read it, reading it in one sitting will not be beneficial, to 'level up' in experience, you need to get your hands dirty and test your knowledge. (I would like to clarify, I'm still learning! If you disagree with my order or organization, or I've missed something really important, let me know!)
