YES! my first contest. NOW! all you have to do is to make a smiley face on this circle. You are allowed to do something other than a smiley face on the circle. RULES:you need a back round if you dont do a back round or any thing in the circle you will have no change.the way to win is to get the most loves. I pick the 10 highest votes and put them into the SEMI-FINALE in the semi-finale the 3 most loved gets into the final and I will also pick 2 to go with them to the final.BTW I mean remix this project to draw the smiley face and background.
