This area is the total region that Arnor Londo claims to bring under its sphere of influence, and it hopes to bring the countries closer to Armor through heavy influence or alliance. However, Arnor also seems military force as a possible route. Arnor has promised Akvila that it will stay out of it's colony in any form, as it views Akvila as a possible friendly nation and hopes to improve relations between the two countries despite their differences. Any attempts to intrude or regulate any of these territories or waters, except for Akvila and her colony in manners regarding Akvila and her colony only, will be met by Arnor with a due response.
