There is a realm called the skylands that is inbetween the planet and space. Athough there are 10 major islands the three main ones are the kingdom of light, the land of trees and the realm of inferno. Legend says that a great war happened in the skylands during the void wars. It was a time when all the realms were fighting. the demons from the realm of inferno but the golems and the skyfolk faught against the demons who sought to make all of the realms they know of (that is just the skylands) into the realm of inferno. but the other kingdoms won but here is where the story of the shadowclan begins... they were half demon and half human but after a traumatic turn of events, the shadowclan left the skylands to finish what the demons started but only in all of the realms.(I didn't explain the full thing cuz it was kinda dark).
