You may use other programs as you enter this contest. 2. You may edit only two things: Mouth and eyes. (Make mouth into a snarl, smile, etc. Make eyes open) Unless you are animating, where you can edit whatever is needed. 3. If you do not edit the mouth or eyes, there is no need for blood(There shouldn't really be blood at all, I mean, listen to the song!). If they are edited, blood is allowed, but don't overdo it! 4. Animating, good coloring and shading will get you closer to the winner's spot, as well as detail. Maybe add a scar or something like that! 5. Do not edit/change the music and do not use the good example instead of coloring the intended costume. Do not remix others' projects, remix the original! 6. NO Unrealistic colors!! 7. Put some effort into it and have fun!
