Poem One (AABB Structure): I'll wilt once more, But I shall not bore. For what rises from the sky, Comes from the tears that I'll cry. Poem Two (ABAB Structure): Without a soul, I lie down in the soil. Without a goal, I'll close my eyes and won't toil. Poem Three (ABBA Structure): Like the clouds, I cry as I lay. For I have done harm with a rod that kills For the gods have fallen and been slain as I'm granted the chills. So I'll lay and keep my fate at bay. Poem Four (ABCABC Structure): Let the songs roar out in light! For the cards have been dealt! But even with a bad hand, I'll win! Let fate enter in flight! For fear shall melt! And I'll throw my deck into the bin.
I really loved writing these and I'm definitely wanting to write more now! :D
