Bedtimes: (wkends) 1-4 - 7:00 PM (You need sleep to grow and I need time to recover.) 5-7 - 7:30 pm 8-10 - 8:00 pm 11-13 - 8:30 pm maybe 9:00-9:30 pm if we’re having a family night or sleepover, but you have to be settled down and quiet by 8:00 pm 14+ - You’re old enough to know how much sleep you need and how to be responsible, but I would like you quiet and in bed by at least midnight and try not to wake me up.
