I know I say this every milestone but it’s still really crazy for me that I’m here where I am today. (Like lowkey look at my old art from 1 year+ ago and it’s so bad-) I appreciate all of you so for a celebration im doing a DTA!! This DTA characters are both food related! (Yes im hungry) Im starting off with these two characters but if they get enough entries ill make a rotating DTA! (Meaning I’ll make more characters later!) Okay first, what is a DTA? A DTA stands for “Draw To Adopt.” This means I have designed some characters and to try to adopt them you have to draw them! Out of the people who enter for a character, I'll pick my favorite one and that **SINGULAR** person will be the owner of the character!! Designs: (Batch 1/?) 001. Melon Bread 002. Blueberry Pie RULES 1. No heavily referencing, tracing, copying using picrew/gacha life, etc for your entry (basically every art has to be og and your own) 2. Don’t try to guilt trip or put another artist down 3. Just be a good person? 4. Please leave your entry as a remix of this project! I’ll be adding the entries manually in their corresponding studios after! (It’s technically fine if it’s not but there’s a higher chance I will miss it and never see it) Commonly asked questions (if I see it asked in the comments I will be ignoring it) I’ll add more to the question list as more come Q: can I enter for more than one character? A: Yep!! You're more likely to only win one but if I'm so amazed by both entries you have a chance to snag both characters Q: can I change the species of the character? A: ofc! I’d love to see how you change them! Just make sure they’re recognizable. Same thing with redesigning them! As long as you can tell it was based off of my og design its cool. Q: Am I allowed to use meme templates/other ppls code in my entry A: that’s totally fine! Q: what are you mainly looking for in entries and way will give me a higher chance of winning? A: I think animations/memes, high quality art, scenes, etc always makes me happy to see! Though honestly it’s hard to say bc I’ll be picking whatever catches my eyes the most! quality > quantity Also lowkey I don’t rly like reading long backstories… ones that are interesting and also straight to the point I love!
