Rules: no stars, black holes, and oader stellar renments. No big gas giants. A maxinium of 2 planets and 5 moons per planet for "scratcher". In red zone planets and moons cant have water and life, in the yellow zone planets must be venus-like if they can hold these atmospheres and if isn't a gas giant. Same for moons. In the green zone all planets and moons can have life and water, but gas giants and small rocky moons cant have advanced life or water. In the water-green zone your planet cant have advanced life but it can have water ( with the same rules for the green zone) but they need to have a lot of ice. in the blue zone all planets that had water must be coverd by a thick layer of ice. Note: in the BLS stage all planets are in the blue zone and all planets must be completely dark.
