sitting there, now surrounded by silent. ALOHA! Now- you May be wondering, what is Manga March? WELL! It's something I created not that long ago! You see, I've recently learned about stippling, a type of shading and way of drawing. And reading manga's, it's really come to my attention how much of it is in manga's. Then I remembered I had an Au-versary to celebrate for UnderGen, and that gave me and idea! Now to explaining what it is, Manga March is where through prompt like that of Inktober, except you’re also given a random setting. To be exact, you have one prompt and setting for each week, and each week you create a single manga page out of anything in your imagination! If it follows the prompt and stetting of course. And like Inktober (once again) it will be on paper with the use of Ink. In a nutshell, you’re giving a prompt and a setting, you draw it on paper, sketching, then inking it. There will be one setting and prompt per week. At last ending on the First day of April. Notes: 1-You do not need to do advanced inking techniques or stippling; stippling is simple what lead to me having the idea for Manga March. 2- If you do not have ink pens, then buy some or use normal everyday pens! It's that or you draw it on paper, and "ink" is by tracing the picture using your digital device (iPad, computer, phone, etc.) 3- Shading is advised but this is not a competition, so it is not mandatory. 4- If you’re feeling stumped on ideas, sitting at a desk will not aid you, I advise doing what you normally doing on a day, taking a walk, maybe take a shower. It will come to you with time. You can also read your own favorite manga's, perhaps something in it will inspire you. 5- You can make more than one page if you so desire, or to make a short story 6- You do not need to do every week, if you’re busy, maybe only do one or two of them! I may be quite too busy to do them all. 7- Lastly! It's advised you all have a whole cow of fun! : D Though if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments!
