However, you can do even if you’re self-diagnosed! ┇I thought this would be fun because I did ADHD Bingo a few years ago, so why not make an AuDHD bingo edition? ┇When I say “identified as gifted,” it doesn’t mean being “all As gifted kid syndrome” or whatever. Some people (like me) are identified as gifted by a licensed psychologist. While not a disability, it IS a brain difference that comes with its own struggles and strengths. Giftedness CAN’T be self-diagnosed. It is a pattern of thinking that only a medical professional can identify you with. It is NOT “just being smart.”
