Respect people’s boundaries [rant]

I meant to discuss this a little while ago, but I forgot Exactly what the title says; respect people’s boundaries If you are making someone uncomfortable and they ask you to stop, then stop. I’ve had to deal with this more and more over recently and I’m tired of it. It’s exhausting. It makes me really uncomfortable when random people I barely know (if it all) come up to me and start acting like I’m best friends with them and/or demand that I give them attention. It’s really irritating and, again, uncomfortable. Things like this are why I turned comments off on my profile If I ask you to stop, then please stop. And if you’re making me so uncomfortable to the point where I’m not even sure how to respond, take the hint. Edit: I realized I should clarify I don’t mean times where people are actually asking nicely about things. This is specifically about times where it’s felt like people are nagging me or acting like we’re close or something.
