Hey everyone! As you know, there is news spreading around the STC that WenstorTMX (SGWH & TV) and The Maxwell Group (MYF!) will merge into one company, Entra Group. But, I have reasons why I will likely decline the merger of the two companies. In these next pieces of texts, my voice will be clear on why this is. My first reasoning is that I was never notified on this merger until late. I like being up to date with everything. Whether it be news, new companies, new users, or juicy drama, I like to be in the middle of it. But, I had not been notified of this, until a chat on my YT stream, in which SGWH, had notified me. This now, leads me into my other reason. My second reason, is that they had named the company and logo, without my consent. When I make a company or decide to merge with one, I am very picky about my logos. I had joined the STC before all of this, and was on a break when all of this happened. In the dis. co channel, there was a meeting, where they had designed the logo. I would have preferred if they had contacted me before making it, as I would be delighted to do it ( I sound selfish, but it is my company they are merging with. ) My Third reasoning is that everyone is now using Entra, and I have not been able to consent to the name replacement of TMG. TMG is now being called Entra, and I have had no say in what name to call it. People are calling it this name, and I still would prefer to call it TMG, but many people are pushing me to call it that, and not my name. So, this is another reason why. My fourth and last reason, is pressure by the community. As you know, WenstorTMX is a HUGE company, and a very well known one. I have had a lot of stuff put on me, as Bros, Piper, STV, and many others want me to merge. And I feel that if I say no, then many people will attack me. Thing is, I do want to merge. But, I have not been able to consent on anything on my side. But, SGWH, TV, I would like to schedule a meeting sometime in the next coming weeks ( I will be back home like, next next Monday ) Until then, I would NOT like to merge. I still want to design a logo, and come up with a name. I wish a good merger! )
Note: I DO NOT WANT THE MERGER TO BE CALLED TMG. OR ANYTHING CAT RELATED. I WOULD LIKE TO DISPUTE MORE ON THE LOGO, AS I HAVE HAD NO CONSENT ON DOING SO. THIS IS NOT A HATE POST, OR MENT TO HARASS ANYBODY ASSOCIATED WITH THESE BRANDS.
