Vehonicai, still dealing with nationalistic fervor, delivers an ultimatum to the Voidlings. If the Voidlings accept, they will have cede their newest colony to Shurpan and agree to a 5-year strict non-aggression pact, meaning that they cannot send army units anywhere near Vehonicai's borders. This would also mean the Voidlings would have to confine themselves a bit when they are visiting Chibura's Sanctuary and the Tartarus Project. It is very obvious to the whole world that Vehonicai will take a refusal as an act of outright war, and will declare it such. Vehonicai insists that they do not want war, which seems likely considering they just got themselves out of one.
