This is my Deltarune character, Incidental 23. Affectionately known as IN23. He will give you items if you give him clumps of moss, but he only appears in a hidden room after you talk to a certain NPC a total of 27 times, no more no less. The only thing in his room besides you and himself is a poorly drawn chair. However, a pile of moss will accumulate next to him if you give him some. The pile gets bigger the more you give him. My friend loves this guy. He made fanart and a theme song for him which I might add later if he says I can
