Steven is Jared's best friend and partner-in-crime. Wherever Jared goes, Steven goes. People usually refer to him as "Yesod." He has a job exploring unused bodies of water discovered in the unexplored parts of the Industrial Layer and outside the city walls. Sheila is the elder of Jared's friend group and the one who has devoted herself to the majority of the heavy lifting in the group. The material she is made from is one of the strongest and most flexible in the entirety of the city. She has a job at Echo Sierra working under Schwarzschild and fabricating new materials.
