Here is my BEAUTIFUL entry!! Sorry, I didn't know I could draw this good with the Scratch program. :/ I went for a kimono cherry-blossom themed chibi, but ended up making a beach-themed chibi. I downloaded about 7 different images trying to match the background with her dress, but I think this one is really pretty!
