This is a new outfit for Rouge! This outfit will be used for “The Missing Brother” in tomorrow’s chapter! I didn’t like how open Rouge’s outfit was before and the fact that Sonic Prime cut out her whole “hearts” thing. So here’s a combination of both. XD
