Apparently slow internet = potential "Messages" page load failure(in this case no messages loaded until AFTER I reloaded the tab). Who knew?
uhhh... none? I don't think? Maybe the Scratch Foundation(for the website that I both took a screenshot of and literally shared said screenshot with)? I really have no clue, at all.
