I finished this song halfway a really long time ago and I finished the tiny little details today So this song is called paralysis for a reason. It's based off sleeping paralysis an extremely disturbing experience (0/10, wouldn't recommend) **It's rly quiet at the beginning but I don't really suggest making it louder unless you want your ears to explode** Imagine this: You open your eyes to complete darkness while your mind is still processing where you are. You feel a presence around you but you don't know where it is. Your body is paralysed, frozen against your will. Something is crawling on top of you, pressing against your chest and cutting off your breathing. You can't struggle. You can't scream. You can only lie still. The intense feeling of horror is trapped in your head, growing more with every second. It feels like a lifetime but it was only a couple minutes (To this day, idk if I actually had sleep paralysis or if it was just a vivid dream)
@AMPHlPTERE for the cover art I really love how you drew his expression and just the placement overall!! /vpos Tysm for making it :)) And yes, you can all probably hear whispers and heartbeats throughout the song I'll be honest, it was pretty choppy and I'm not as proud as my other songs. But it was more of the feelings of quiet fear and having a paralysed sensation with no way out instead of actual music. in the beginning, it starts off as really quiet, like small confusion and a bit of fear. The climax of the song is when I felt suffocated and paralysed
