He was flying with the skywing egg clutched in his a sling in a stormy night when burn blasted him out of the air he fell to the ground. The egg was cracked and destroyed from the fall. Burn found him and started doing the whole chain thing. He slashed Burn on the face and flew off his face still burning and bleeding. The chains branded in his snout would become a permanent scar. He would arrive at the cave to inform Kestrel. They would later get the rainwing egg. But he would protect Glory from the other guardians. He also would be kind to the dragonets even more then Webs. But after Scarlet found the cave she would recognize him as the Icewing who tried getting away with the skywing egg. Later she would put him in her arena and he would die in front of the dragonets he spent years protecting ( I really do wish they did this it would make a good story plus we learn more about him at least a little bit)
