Rules with (!!) cannot be broken by anyone. The owner of this NEC, @OisinDaAnimeFan, can break every rule, though, except Rules 2 & 7. 1) Click the attend block and follow the instructions. (!!) 2) DO NOT CHEAT. (!!) 3) Don't block other players, unless they have broken a rule. 4) A rule breaker can add another rule breaker if they are trustworthy enough. 5) If you find a bug, report it to me and I'll fix it! 6) Do not end the title in "remix". 7) Do not ruin anybody's numbers, unless you're removing all frames but the last in the sprite of the previous evolver. 8) Do NOT delete any music!
